  I've been renting from Samantha Milligan at the Downtown Business Center since May 2016 and am delighted with my experience as a tenant at this location.
  
  The offices are quiet, attractive and well-maintained. There is a collaborative atmosphere with opportunities to network with other businesses and build clientele.
  
  Samantha and her husband Dwayne are quick to attend to the needs of tenants, and they keep the office well-supplied so that we can run our businesses smoothly.
  
  Most importantly, my clients enjoy their visit, remarking often on how tranquil and beautiful they find my office.
  
  With parking at a premium in downtown Kelowna, the DBC is conveniently located directly across from the Chapman parkade, as well as a number of excellent bistros, coffee shops and art studios.
  
  We have the added advantage of the presence of the Commissionaires, who monitor the building 24/7, ensuring the safety and comfort of tenants and visitors. Lawrence Avenue - and in particular, the DBC - is becoming the place to be in downtown Kelowna.
