  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever had to deal with. We both couches 3 months ago!!! They delivered them, and one wasn't working to begin with. We've been told countiess times that 'someone' will come out to look at them and no one has. EVERY time we call and speak to Linda, the Assistant Manager, she keeps saying the same thing 'someone will come out to look at them' - what she really is trying to say is NO ONE will come and look at them. We went in last week and they said come back to speak to the Owner. The Owner said 'someone' will look at them but ultimately he will be replacing them - so, why is it I called and they still haven't been ordered and are still wanting to send 'someone' out to look at them.
  Get your act together - you're running a business here.
  I highly do not recommend this furniture store.
