  I have had the pleasure of dealing with Joel, and I can honestly say he was nothing short of outstanding! His above and beyond service with attention to detail makes you feel like he completely understands what`s important for you. We lost 2 houses that we wanted to buy due to bad timing, but he never gave up! He ended up finding us the perfect home for less money than we wanted to spend. I have referred Joel to friends and family members and he found them great homes and sold their property in no time. There are a lot of realtors in Kelowna, but if you want the best, you should go with Joel Sherlock. 5+ stars (PS. we had a beautiful house warming gift waiting for us in our new house the day we took possession.)
